Top logistika d.o.o. is a company engaged in providing services for the organization of transport of goods in local and international road transport.

We consider the protection of personal data to be highly important and moreover, integrating it with information security and business management, it becomes a fundamental part of the process and business management in the company. We treat all data we access or process with confidentiality and purpose, in accordance with the highest security standards, ensuring supreme quality and transparency of processing.

We wish to safeguard integrity and completeness of all information at our disposal, in addition to smooth running of all processes and outright legal compliance with all applicable legislation in the field of personal data protection and information security, especially the Personal Data Protection Regulation.

In order to guarantee ground rules related to the protection of individuals regarding processing of personal data and the rules related to the free movement of personal data, fundamental rights and freedom of individuals, especially their right to personal data protection, Top logistika d.o.o. in the function of Processing Manager has created, implemented and conducted organisational, logical, technical and security measures enforced in its own business system.

• The processing manager determines the ways and purpose of processing personal data.
• The processing of personal data is carried out exclusively for the legal purposes and the purpose of the legitimate interest for which the data were collected.
• The controller and, where applicable, the processor, shall upon request cooperate with the Authority in carrying out its tasks.
• We guarantee all respondents the right to information accuracy, data portability, lawfulness of processing and access to information according to the definitions of the Regulation.
• Information security management systems are maintained by implementing organizational, technical and logical measures.
• Technical and organizational measures prevent access of unauthorized persons to locations and equipment for personal data processing.
• We cover identity management systems, user accounts, authorities on processing systems, segregation of duties and authorizations.
• We effect cyber and virtual control measures to protect against threats from the Internet and other external systems.
• We have developed and implemented a system of organizational charts, tasks, responsibilities, amenabilities and reporting in order to establish organizational controls.
• We assure continuity, reachability and availability of data controls.
